This support is required for Layer-2 (L2) and Layer-3 (L3) voice, video, and data switching, as well as routing/transport services, along with expert remote and/or local on-site support, and advanced engineering support and augmentation if demand arises. Additionally, the City requires ease of expansion and resiliency to support anticipated bandwidth increases due to voice, video, and as-a-Service (aaS) applications, coupled with the growth of on-premise application

needs.
