The Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-O), on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager Cyber Test Training (PM CT2) is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source to increase the Target Systems Hardware Support (TSHS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This publication satisfies the requirement at FAR Part 5.2 and constitutes the Governments Notice of Intent to award a sole source modification to KORD TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 635 Discovery Drive North West, Huntsville, AL 35806-2801 under contract W31P4Q-17-D-0044. ACC-O intends to increase the ceiling of the TSHS IDIQ W31P4Q-17-D-0044 by $50,965,000.00 from $44,824,528.20 to $95,789,528.20. The TSHS requirement is to procure targets that will support testing requirements for multiple weapons systems, on-going development efforts and training missions. The ceiling increase for the one responsible source of supply is required for continued support through the end of the current ordering period.
