Bid Title:Establishment, Administration, and Management Services of a Section 115 Trust for Pension Category:Professional ServicesStatus:Open Description: The City of St. Helena is seeking proposals from eligible and qualified interested firms to provide comprehensive services for the establishment, administration, and management of an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) approved Section 115 Trust relating to the City’s pension pre-funding, as required to be reported under Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statements No. 74 and No. 75.The City’s goal is to enter into a long-term relationship to obtain the required Section 115 Trust management (including establishment and administration) services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner available. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, consultants, or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”). That meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) and
