The City of Carrollton is a home rule municipality of approximately 135,000 population utilizing the council manager form of government. The City of Carrollton is located fourteen miles Northwest of downtown Dallas off Interstate 35E, covering 37 square miles. The City employs 900 personnel in positions including police, fire, public works, library, parks, code enforcement, building inspections and a variety of administrative responsibilities with an annual budget of $243 million. The Strategic Services

department, under the direction of the City Manager, is responsible for organizational development. Strategic Services is also responsible for strategic business planning, managed competition, and a range of other services. The Workforce Services department reports to the Assistant City Manager over Culture, Leisure, and Support Services, and is responsible for providing human resources. Together, the departments are looking for a vendor to provide consulting services in the form of DISC workshops, 360 leadership surveys, team building exercises, and ad hoc leadership coaching services. Request for Proposals may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically.
