Newborn Hearing Screening Program (RFP 23-003)

DHCS is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to establish and operate Hearing Coordination Centers (HCC) throughout the State of California, to identify newborns (children less than 29 days old) and infants (children 29 days through 12 months old) with hearing loss prior to three (3) months of age and link those newborns and infants, hereafter referred to as babies, to early intervention service providers by six (6) months of age; and collect and report data on babies receiving hearing screening services.
