Replace Roof and Repair Structural Members at Tar River, VA(TYI) VOR

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement from the Infrastructure Support CTR – ESA-ATL (AJW-2E15J) to replace roof and repair structural wood members, install new GFM fiberglass tipi antenna cover, pressure wash and paint 50 monitor antenna covers, add gravel to entrance drive and repair wood perimeter fence at Tar River, NC (TYI) VOR. this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of fulfilling this requirement. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms or if full and open competition is appropriate.At this time, the nature of the competition has not been determined. Depending on the responses received from the market survey, the FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program.The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this effort is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 Million.
