Request for Qualifications Architectural Services – Design and Construction Documents Department: Mendocino County Employees Retirement Association (MCERA) RFQ Number: RET 2022-02 RFQ Issue Date: January 3, 2023 RFQ Written Inquiries Deadline: January 27, 2023 RFQ Submission Deadline: February 10, 2023, 4:00pm The Mendocino County Employees Retirement Association (“MCERA”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (proposals) from qualified individuals or firms for professional services to complete design work, including architectural and engineering. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is extended to any qualified firm or individual (hereinafter ‘Firm’) that meets the minimum qualifications and has the required experience as described in the Request for Qualifications.
