Info Megan Ornelas mornelas@santa-ana.org Bids to Sara Court Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services Effective November 18, 2022, the City of Santa Ana (City) adopted a Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction Ordinance. Following the adoption of this Ordinance, the City is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to implement, operate, and maintain a rental registry database/portal that supports the City’s Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction Ordinance (Ordinance). Specifically, the City is seeking a database or portal where landlords register rental units, update rental unit information, update tenancy information, submit notices, and pay the City’s rental registry fee. Any notices or documents required to be provided from a landlord to a tenant by the Ordinance or any other applicable federal, state, or local law, including, but not limited to, notice rent increase and notice of eviction, shall be provided to the City through the rental registry portal.
