Removal of hazardous materials (hazmat) will be required prior to the planned demolition of the structures, which must be

performed by qualified abatement subcontractor engaged by the Demolition Contractor. The selected Demolition Contractor will work with the Town’s Infrastructure Services department and Colliers Project Leaders, the assigned Project Manager for this Project.
