Summary DetailsThis Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Closed-Circuit Television Systems Services, for Various locations in the Province of BC, as further described in Appendix F – Scope of Work, for the Rates established in Appendix C – Pricing Form, at the locations identified in Appendix R – Locations and Inventory, and/or as otherwise listed within this RFP. Proponents are asked to identify which Region(s) they are willing and able to perform work in by submitting Appendix S – Region Selection Form with their proposal. Proponents can submit for any or all Regions and must be able to service all buildings and communities within the Region(s) they are submitting for, and be able to meet the expected response times. Proponents may utilize experienced, qualified sub-contractors. Please see additional information and requirements in the RFP documents. Appendices H through R are intentionally withheld from the public RFP. Interested Proponents are required to sign and submit Appendix G - Non Disclosure Agreement via email to dbarnaby@bchousing.org in order to be emailed the Appendices. Important: Appendices H - R form part of the RFP and therefore only submissions received from Proponents who have submitted a signed NDA, and who have been provided with Appendices H through R will be eligible for evaluation and/or award.
