N00164-22-Q-0123 – SOLE SOURCE – GRADE B SHOCK TESTING – FSG H259- NAICS 541380ISSUE DATE 28 APR 2022 – CLOSING DATE 12 MAY 2022 – 4:00 PM EASTERNTIMEITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the purchase of services consisting of Grade B shock testing of Unmanned Aircraft Systems hardware.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Hi-Test Laboratories, Inc., Arvonia, VA (Cage Code 7P882).  All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government.  However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors
