Notations 1. Required documentation must be submitted under SUPPLIER ATTACHMENTS with Response (bid bond, drug-free affidavit, etc.). 2. Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board. 3. Completion Dates The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion. Completion shall be July 26, 2024 Final Completion shall be when project site is de-mobilized and all project documents listed in Close-Out section of the specifications has been sent to the Owner. Liquidated Damages 1. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated above. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed or Executed Agreement shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion of contract time stated in number of consecutive calendar days or established date.
