NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The National Institutes of Health, National Eye Institute (NEI), intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price purchase order (PO) to Netcomm, Inc. We are using this annual software business enterprise application suite, designed to manage the organization’s employee and financial tracking and reporting for consistency and continuity of the Annual Subscription and License.The work to be performed will be centralize the management of all employee and financial reporting.Period of Performance - The period of performance will be September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024.THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
