Workplace Software Site License

The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Workforce, Inc. for the procurement of the following items:CLIN 0001: Workplace Time and Attendance Software Site License to support 650 users. Period of Coverage: 18 August 2017 through 17 August 2018.This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. Workforce, Inc. is the original software publisher for the Workplace Time & Attendance product in the United States. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential offerors may submit a capability statement, to include an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide these site licenses as described above.All interested firms must respond to this notice no later than Friday, 21 July 2017, 1:00PM EST to Breysi Stephens, via E-mail at Breysi.Stephens@us.af.mil, by Phone (520) 228-6699 or Fax (520) 228-5462. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
