STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES 1115 Washington Street SE• PO Box 40983 Olympia, WA 98504 -0983 LEGAL NOTICE RFQQ#1823-003 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Solution The State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) intends to issue a Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from qualified bidders who are capable to provide IVR services as the telephonic method for DCYF social service providers to claim monthly services provided. DCYF is committed to having an IVR solution that is functional, user friendly, accessible, reliable, and cost effective for both DCYF social service providers and DCYF staff. Potential bidders must demonstrate how they meet the minimum qualifications as part of their response in Attachment D, Bidder Response Form. All Bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications: Bidders must: a. Be licensed to do business in the State of Washington. b. Have application software
currently in production for a minimum of three (3) years in United States (US) public sector organizations similar in size and complexity when compared to DCYF. The current release of the software is operational and in production. The system is being used by at least three (3) US public sector organizations not including the Bidder’s organization. The RFQQ will be issued on or about February 4, 2019 and responses will be due on or about March 12, 2019. On the date indicated, DCYF shall post this Solicitation, and all amendments and announcements relating to this Solicitation, on Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS). WEBS can be accessed at: https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/. All Bidders must register as a vendor on WEBS, using an appropriate commodities code listed on the front page of this Solicitation, and must download this Solicitation from WEBS. This should be done as soon as possible in order for Bidder to receive notifications automatically generated on WEBS, but no later than the date set forth on Section C.1., Solicitation Schedule for Announcement of the Apparent Successful Bidder(s).
