Services include but are not limited to: 1. Review existing

design work and studies completed to date. 2. Summarize potential opportunities to help VHDO achieve highest and best use for the City sites. 3. High level conceptual design services to explore potential urban design / massing alternatives for VHDO and Planning to review. 4. Support consultant selection process for the sites. 5. Act as client supporting role to VHDO to assist in oversight of Architects through the rezoning process. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $500,000.00 before taxes and excludes reimbursable expenses with a term of one year with a one-year optional extension.
