The US Forest Service (USFS) currently occupies 7,680 RSF of warehouse space and 7,890 RSF of ancillary support space across approximately 24 acres in Enterprise, Or that will be expiring. Due to an onoging need for space, The USFS is intending to award a 5-year extension to the incumbent lessor.The USFS is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
