The Town of Needham requests qualifications for a Project Management Services (Consultant) to oversee multiple, town-wide building projects of new, proposed and existing construction. The scope of services may include Project Management, Cost Estimating, Construction Administration Constructability Review, Scheduling and other Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) related activity. The total fee of the master contract will not exceed $500,000.00. The total amount of work is not assured, and the exact number of assignments is to be determined.
