Description: Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Technology Platform & Service Center for Georgia Access to the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Department of Administrative Services is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the Office of Insurance & Safety Fire Commissioner. Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner in conjunction with Georgia Access is seeking a single qualified Offeror to provide, implement, operate, and maintain an integrated technology-based health insurance Georgia Access technology platform and associated service center, including mailroom services and call center to support the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner anticipated operation as a Georgia Access platform. This request is being issued in anticipation of a transition to operation as a Georgia Access platform effective November 2022, to provide enrollment in Qualified Health Plans (QHP's) with coverage effective January 1, 2023.
