Highway Department garage addition and salt shed

The Town of Orwell is soliciting proposals for design and engineering services for a project at the Town Highway Department (located east of the village at 604 Main Street) from qualified professional design/engineering firms. The project includes the addition of two bays for equipment storage, a new salt shed, removal of two older buildings and site work. Engineering services required include site work plans, engineered construction plans for new buildings, knowledge of code requirements for public structures in the State of Vermont, and assistance with permitting and construction bidding
