Description: The purpose of this eRFQ is to establish an Agency Service Contract for Non Hazardous Waste Disposal Services for twenty-nine (29) locations located in District 3. Service will include provision of container(s), waste pickup, waste transport to landfill and waste disposal at each location. Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent. Bidders must download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and/or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the eRFQ system. SUPPLIERS MUST PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION AS REQUESTED IN THIS ERFQ OR AS REQUESTED IN ANY DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS EVENT. PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS DO NOT NEGATE THIS REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF BID.
