The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, materials providing startup services, and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other Contract Documents as herein before defined, all of which are made a part hereof; and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said Contract Documents.
