REQUEST FOR QUOTE
 
INTENT
The intent of this Request for Quote is to secure a vendor to provide
BULK SALT and BAGGED SALT WITH DELIVERY on an as-needed basis.

SCOPE OF WORK
-Provide salt for water softening systems as requested.
 
-Delivery will depend on location and will be bid and paid as a flat rate price.  Vendors must identify the unit size for pricing.  See attached Pricing sheet for location and delivery methods.
 
-Bagged salt may be required for any County address but will primarily be required at
Central Court Tower located at

120 S.

First Ave, Phoenix AZ 85003 and MUST be delivered by small flatbed truck with clearance under 6 feet 8 inches
 
-Bulk salt will be required at
Lower Buckeye Jail located at
3250 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009
 
-Orders for salt will originate with a work order and will be invoiced against a purchase order

TIMELINES:  

COMMUNICATION All questions must be submitted through BidSync ONLY by 
May 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM  

BID SUBMISSION Contractor Bids must be submitted through BidSync only. Contractors must download, sign, and upload all attached forms prior to submitting bids. Bid Submission must be made by
May 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
