The term of the Housing Assistance
Payment (“HAP”) contract under the PBV program will be up to twenty years in accordance with PBV contract terms (§ 8(o)(13)(F) and (G) of 1937 Act and §§ 106(a)(4) and (5) of HOTMA) and is subject to future availability of funding.
