RFI Radar Modeling Tool Capability

OVERVIEW OF CAPABILITY BEING SOUGHT:AFLCMC/HBN is seeking price and availability (P&A) of existing software tools to perform radar and communication antenna siting analyses. P&A estimates should assume inclusion of User’s Manuals, training materials, conduct of one training session and recommended commercial support.The tool shall be based on a universally recognized earth model (e.g., WGS-84) with terrain features sufficiently accurate to determine geophysical obscurations and if included, man-made features (e.g., buildings, etc.). The tool shall use releasable level data.The tool will be used to locate radars and model their performance against targets at different altitudes. The tool shall allow the user to model radar characteristics to a level to support coverage analysis based on probability of detection for varying targets (e.g., non-fluctuating, Swerling 1 through 4). The software tool shall have the capability to model >100 antenna systems (radar or communication) located throughout a country or region.The software tool shall provide for export of graphical data as pictures and as files for other open-source geospatial viewing applications (e.g., Google Earth).The software can be based on a single license per machine or on a multiple enterprise license
