This scope of work is for the provision of one thousand (1000) labor hours per year to be used for the replacement/repair of any damaged faucets, flush valves, toilets, water fountains or any plumbing related issues at ACHN Clinics. The scope of work also includes the annual inspection of backflow preventers for the ACHN Clinics. The Proposer must have experience providing these or like services to a commercial facility.
