Bus and Light Rail Pocket Timetables for a 2-Year Blanket Purchase Order. During the 2-year term, SacRT will request printing of its Pocket Timetables, as needed, when inventory becomes low, or when the information on the Pocket Timetable changes. Samples of the pocket timetables are included in this solicitation. Contractor must deliver the printed pocket timetables within ten (10) business days from the time Contractor receives the artwork, or from the time of order placement for reprinting. The Pocket Timetables must be delivered to SacRT’s Central Receiving at 1323 28th Street, Sacramento, CA between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is SacRT’s policy that Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) (defined as a business that has been certified as a small business by the California Department of General Services or any other public agency that certifies small businesses under applicable laws) will have an opportunity to participate in the performance of this Contract. To further that policy, SacRT will provide a 5% price preference to Bidders meeting the SBE participation goal set for this Contract (Bidder must be an SBE or commit to subcontract 25% of the total bid amount to SBEs). A Bidder wishing to claim the price preference for this solicitation can request a copy of SacRT's Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Requirements and review Section 4 for additional information. A Bidder claiming the SBE price preference must complete and submit SBE/LBE Form 1c SBE/LBE Participation Certification.
