HVAC Purchase/Replacement and Installation Services

Blount County, TN on behalf of the Blount County Board of Education, is requesting bids for the Purchase and Installation of HVAC Units to be replaced in multiple schools within the district. A Pre-bid will be held on November 29, 2022 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Heritage Middle School located at 3737 E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37804 to review the units to be replaced and the timeline for the work to begin. There are a total of five (5) locations requiring new units and at the completion of the review at Heritage Middle School the group will proceed to the remaining schools as detailed in Exhibit A in the Attachments tab. Vendors are to meet at the Heritage Middle School's main entrance to begin the site visits. Questions for this bid are due in the online bidding system by 5:00 pm on Friday, December 2, 2022. Bid Deadline and Opening will be on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 1:30 pm in the Purchasing Office as detailed on the Activities tab in this system. Please review
