The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - MICC Center - Fort Bragg has a requirement from the United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Fort Campbell Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to provide
Construction, Repair, Restoration and Rehabilitation of Roadways and Hardstands. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform installation road and repair construction as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be

a 12-Month Base Year, and four (4) 12-Month Ordering Periods. The Period of Performance will be 1 July 2017 thru 30 June 2022. The Government intends to award a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract for this requirement. This acquisition is being procured on a total small business set-aside basis. The assigned National American Industry Classification System code is 237310 "Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction" with a small business size standard of $36.5 million.
The closing date for submission of bids is 23 Jun 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. All interested sources who provide goods or services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered and current in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) website, must have completed their business Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and be able to electronically submit invoices / receiving reports through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system.
