(if a bidder is registered and active on the City#s Supplier Database and has submitted the BBBEE certificate/ Sworn affidavit/ CIPC certificate, the submission of said documents is not necessary). It is therefore incumbent on suppliers to ensure that documents are kept updated. Failure to comply with the above will result in a zero (0) allocation for preference points.
