The successful bidder will be responsible for complying with all applicable state and local building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical codes and ensure the relocation site is properly zoned. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for any hazardous materials mitigation that may be necessary.• The structure shall be relocated in its entirety. Proposals for less than the entire structure will not be accepted by the City of Waukee.• The structure must be moved entirely from its current location no later than Friday, May 31, 2024. Failure to meet the deadline specified above will result in forfeiture of the purchase price and performance security and demolition of the structure(s) by the City.
