LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF QUINCY, ILLINOIS Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 129, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024 for the purpose of purchasing (78) Trijicon RCR Red Dot Sights for the Quincy Police Department duty issued firearms. The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any part of any bid, or reject any and all bids.
