Work supports fire rehabilitation efforts to rebuild fencing either destroyed or damaged during the HPCC Fire and includes but is not limited to removal of existing fencing; hazard tree felling within the fence line corridor; and installation of new barbed wire fencing. Construction services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the attachments (see Solicitation Section J).Set-Aside (Local Area): IAW FAR 6.208 and FAR 26.202-1, this solicitation is a Local Area Set-aside under the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New Mexico, FEMA-4652-DR.
