Description

Scope of Services
The City is looking for contractor to provide landscape services along Interstate 5 (I-5) on approximately 14 acres of land buffer on west and east sides of the freeway and on approximately 8 acres on Hwy 99 and Chango Circle buffer, as shown on attached maps.
The landscaping services include lawn moving, pruning of shrubs and trees and the application of bark and weed control, in addition to irrigation inspections. Landscape service shall be on a schedule which can be found on the Maintenance Performance Schedule Minimum Requirements. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and tools necessary to complete required maintenance.
Other optional services to be provided at the City’s request for additional fee may include irrigation repair, reseeding, edging, ground cover pruning, and leaf pickup.

LOCAL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENTS
The LBE Preference Program is applicable to all City procurement opportunities under $250,000 and provides a 5% preference to qualifying businesses.
