(i)           This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.(ii)          This solicitation number 12FPC221Q0027 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates issuing a single source solicitation to Environment Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) and awarding a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the twelve-month period from June 22, 2021 through June 21, 2022.  The estimated award date is June 16, 2021.              (iii)       This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021 which can be found at

Invoices submitted by means other than IPP will not be accepted unless the Contracting Officer authorizes alternate procedures in writing. (xiv)  INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING QUOTESAll responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
