Project Name: Lee County Employee Health Clinic Foundation Repair B. Project Address: 112 Hillcrest Drive Sanford, North Carolina 27330 C. Owner: Lee County Government of North Carolina D. General Scope of Work: Excavate down to existing footing and install new foundation waterproofing, protection board, and drainage board. Install new associated sheet metal flashing and trim. Install new foundation drainline at base of footing and tie-in to existing stormwater drainline / daylight. Refill grade to match preconstruction appearance. 1.2 BIDS A. Sealed bids for the project will be received from bidders by the Owner at the address listed below until 10:00 am on June 22, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Please note
