Description of Work: The project involves rehabilitating the dam embankment and includes the following major components: 1. Clearing and grubbing of the project area. 2. Installation and removal of cofferdams and diversions for control of water during construction. 3. Installation of a fine filter blanket drain. 4. Installation of toe drain and toe drain outlets. 5. Flattening and grading the downstream slope with off-site borrow soil. 6. Topsoil and grass all areas disturbed by construction activities.
