This purchase order is made under the authority preserved in FAR 13.303-5. Purchases under BPAs. This Requirement is for Station Valdez Dry Suits. The approximate estimated value of this action is less than $17,000.00.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contracting Officer.The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
