23-004 GPCC Biogas Upgrades RFQ Project Description :The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to demonstrate their ability to undertake a multidisciplinary municipal biogas system upgrade project currently being considered by the RDN to replace and relocate existing flare and digester gas recirculation systems. Proponent’s Information Meeting: A non‐mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. On Jan 24, 2023 at the Greater Nanaimo Pollution Control Centre, 4600 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, BC. Attendees are required to wear the following PPE: High visibility vest or equivalent, and steel toed
