Solicitation Description: This is a re-posting of original solicitation HHS0011785.  These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award.This Solicitation is for a contract to begin on date of award and ending 8/31/23.  A new purchase order will be issued for each Fiscal Year as shown below:FY22 Date of award -
8/31/22FY23 9/1/22 - 8/31/23Vendor will provide technical assistance and expertise on model implementation of Help Me Grow to the Department of State Health Services and the six Help Me Grow Texas communities. The technical assistance will provide evidence-based and informed strategies and practices for early childhood systems building.Help Me Grow is an evidence-based national system model that promotes collaboration among child-serving sectors to build a more efficient and effective system that promotes the optimal health development of young children. Effective early childhood state systems ensure that state policies align with effective community practices, promote, and provide implementation support for evidence-base practices, create funding mechanisms that reduce inefficiencies, work to identify system gaps, and develop or revise programs that enhance access and outcomes.Vendor shall provide the following technical assistance:A. Building Expertise in HMG Model Implementation (BEMI)B. Ongoing Consultation (dual support for both DSHS and affiliates)C. Early Childhood Network MappingD.    Vendor will submit a work plan on an agreed upon date to System Agency Grant Project Director/DSHS State Child Health CoordinatorE.    Vendor will Submit all required reports using the reporting template provided by the System Agencyto the System Agency¿s State Child Health Coordinator F.    Vendor will Submit Financial Status Reports (FSR) on a set schedule
