The objective of this requirement is to provide non-preemptible, contiguous commercial Ku-Band satellite bandwidth to the AFN-E that will result in providing television and radio services to military audiences in Europe, the Middle Eastern region using COMSATCOM services.  The AFN-BC will provide transmit stream(s) to contractors for transport via fiber optic cables and broadcast via satellite to deliver AFN content to audiences in the covered area.Please provide any questions in writing no later than 0800 CT, Thursday, November 17, 2022.
