RFQ for Internal Audit Services

Good afternoon All,The intent of this RFQ is to select a provider of internal audit services that will enable the Commission to comply with the Texas Internal Auditing Act, Texas Government Code §2102.001 et seq. (the “Act”), which details internal auditing responsibilities and the related Texas Attorney General Opinion No. JM-1183 regarding the applicability of the provisions of the Act.NotesAll responses submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of submission to allow time for evaluation, selection, required approvals, contract formation, and any unforeseen delays. Late responses will not be considered. Award(s), if any, will be made in the best interest of the State.
