Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.200 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the Port’s intent to enter into an interstate cooperative agreement with Landmark Ford for purchase of Ford Vehicles as follows: • One Ford-2023 Explorer 4dr 4X4 XLT • One Ford-2023 F-150 SuperCrew Cab 5.5' box 145" WB XL • Three Ford-2023 Escape Active Hybrid AWD • Three Ford-2023 F-150 4X4 SuperCab 6.5' Box 145" WB XL • Two Ford-2023 F-150 4X2 Regular Cab 6.5' Box 122" WB XL • One Ford 2023 Expedition Max 4dr 4X4 XL The Administering Agency for this contract is State of Oregon . The term of the above referenced contract is effective through April 30, 2023. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement(s) to be up to $450,000. Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 26, 2022.
