The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to solicit Request for Proposal for firm-fixed priced contract for the Anchorage Federal Building (
AFB) Court and Annex LED Lighting Retrofits.
GSA will be accepting technical documentation and price quotes with the intent to award
one to two contract(s). The purpose of this project is to provide General Services Administration (GSA) with construction service to replacement dual fluorescent lights (troffer fixtures) with LED Retrofit Kits, in which the AFB Courts requires 139 dual fluorescent lights and AFB Annex (MOD G) requires 140 dual fluorescents lights located Bldg# AK0031AA_222 W. 7

GSA requests that your firm provide a complete proposal package for this project for a period of performance not to exceed 60 days following the Notice to Proceed, which is estimated to be issued in Summer 2018. The Request for Proposal (RFP) form and instructions are enclosed for your use.
In accordance with FAR 5.102 interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information.
