TLH International Passenger Processing Facility

The City of Tallahassee is looking for contractors who can provide renovation and construction: The construction of a Passenger Processing Facility and Terminal renovation including but not limited to site preparation; site utilities; portland cement drives, sidewalks and curbs; landscaping; concrete slab on grade; masonry; structural steel. Steel deck and framing; miscellaneous metal fabrications, steel railings and handrails; carpentry; architectural woodworking; moisture control and thermal insulation; roofing; firestopping; doors and hardware; aluminum storefront entrances and curtainwalls; glazing; architectural finishes; louvers; appliances and equipment; entrance grilles; fire protection, detection and suppression; building controls; hydraulic elevator; mechanical plumbing, electrical, security; and communications and data systems and other work indicated in the Contract documents.

The project will required the vendor to have certification or licensure for the following:  Certifications for Access Control, Integration, and Baggage Handling contractor requirements.  This project does require specialized services in materials or equipment, i.e. Access Control Integrator mush hold a special certifications to work on the Airport's systems.  Please review the specifications for more details.
