acre. During construction, anticipated to begin in 2020, a temporary trestle adjacent to the easement would be constructed. The current bridge would be demolished and replaced with a wider and higher one. The height of the new bridge would be 15 feet above ordinary high water. DOT&PF anticipates closing the Chena River to river traffic intermittently during bridge demolition and construction, for periods not expected to exceed one day at a time.
