The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center (NSSC) is seeking capability statements, information etc. from all interested parties, Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet a possible NASA's requirement for a Transcription Services blanket purchase order should submit a capability statements indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described herein in the attached draft statement of work for. The NSSC is also seeking comments from industry concerning the following:1.
