Equipment Repair Services for a Lasered Powder Bed Fusion Machine

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of equipment repair services for a lasered powder bed fusion machine from One Lab in Germany as a sole source because One Lab was the original manufacturer of the equipment. The only authorized United States based repair company is not able to perform the services. This sole source is based on the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services that has the knowledge base and experience with the specific repair services required. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
