The Discharge Upgrade Assistance Legal Services (DUALS) program was established to provide funding to build additional capacity to legal services organizations based in New York City that presently provide discharge upgrade services.
Subcontracting is allowed. Any subcontracting will be subject to DVS approval before subcontractors can perform work and receive payment.
Anticipated Contract Term: July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 with two options to renew for one (1) year each.
Questions regarding this negotiated acquisition must be transmitted by email to DVSContracts@veterans.nyc.gov by April 29, 2020. Questions received shall be distributed to all proposers in an addendum to the
