College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from suppliers for Supplies, Parts, Equipment, and/or Services. There are several categories including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, General Building, Carpentry & Lumber, Paint, Welding, Grounds, Custodial, Vocational, Instructional. The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors that can best provide Supplies, Parts, Equipment, and/or Services upon the request of a campus and/or department. The bid will close at either monthly or quarterly intervals for evaluation and award. Proposers should submit discounts for each individual category of supplies they can provide and indicate a "no bid" on the categories they do not offer. College Station ISD is using online software to facilitate this bid opportunity. We highly recommend completing your response online, as it assures accuracy for both the buyer and supplier. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums relating to this bid opportunity. All questions must be submitted on the "Questions" tab within the online bid. CSISD is accepting responses from suppliers for the specifications and terms and conditions communicated in the attached solicitation. CSISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the District.
